Service providers

Our current scheduling service is Cal.com, and bookings may be integrated with Microsoft 365 / Outlook.
These providers handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
Overseas processing
Some of the service providers we use may store or process personal information outside Australia.
In particular, our Cal.com account uses its United States data region, meaning information associated with scheduling may be processed or stored in the United States. Cal.com also states that information provided by users outside the United States may be transferred to and processed there.
Other service providers may also process information in countries in which they or their infrastructure providers operate.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
